Solv is a construction company from São Paulo specialized in resuming stalled construction projects.
So, why not try to help people to get their lives back?
In partnership with an NGO, we invited homeless people to participate, free of charge, in a professional training course in the area of Civil Construction, with possibilities for hiring. In addition to the course, these people were able to count on medical, psychological, food and housing support.

The Story
Júlio was one of the many people approached by the Solv team, on the outskirts of a stalled construction site. In addition to the physical transformation, he received psychological support and professional training to re-enter the job market. And he was hired. Life Makeover is a continuous tool for social transformation, with the aim of reintegrating more and more homeless people into the job market.
But this proves that we can do more.We hope for more changes and benefits, after all, if one company can help to makeover a life, others can too. Therefore, we created a bill to encourage the hiring of homeless people, with tax reductions for participating companies.
